Meet Leah Nalepa
Leah Nalepa is a certified stylist and public speaker. She began working in corporate styling after hearing managers lament about how their teams don’t know how to dress anymore and listening to stories of employees losing out on job promotions or interview opportunities because of poor professional style. She consults directly with companies by partnering with HR and leadership to transform the confidence, image, and productivity of employees everywhere. As a certified personal stylist, she also continues to support individual personal styling, particularly those who work in the corporate world, both in-person and remote. Leah lives with her husband, two daughters, and dachshund puppy in the Washington D.C. area.
