Meet Leah Nalepa
Leah Nalepa is a certified stylist and public speaker. She works at the intersection of corporation and individual and dedicates herself to elevating corporate image through the image of its employees. Leah discovered her passion for style in high school while watching the internal transformations of the candidates on What Not to Wear. Fast forward a decade later, after leaving the corporate world, she initially consulted with individuals on personal styling needs with closet audits and personal shopping. Desiring to get back into corporate on her own terms, she transitioned her services to there, where she partners with HR and leadership to transform the confidence, image, and productivity of employees everywhere. Business, after all, starts with its people. Leah lives with her husband, two daughters, and dachshund puppy in the Washington D.C. area.
